Hi mama! I'm Ana Clara Tavares, a mother to three wonderful children, an herbalist, Natural Chef and Reiki practitioner. I grew up in the beautiful land of Brazil & I come from a lineage of healers known as benzedeiras.

In 2021, I became a facilitator of Sacred Motherhood and Pregnancy, guiding mothers on their journey from maiden to mother.

My experiences as a mother have taught me that each child brings unique lessons and growth opportunities and that the strongest guide we have in our pregnancy and motherhood journey is our intuition and connection to source.

I believe that by deepening our presence in this journey, we not only transform ourselves but also create ripple effects of love, empowerment, and healing in our families and communities.
